The EVE Online Blog Pack
As you already know, blogging and EVE Online are two passions of mine. I read a lot of blogs - last time I checked I had 149 subscriptions in Google Reader, and that's after a spring cleaning. Under the "eve-online" tag I have 37 subscriptions. Of those, there are about 18 which I follow closely.
Ever since I came across a post on the concept of a "Blog Pack", I've been thinking about setting one up for our community of EVE bloggers. Basically, a Blog Pack is a group of bloggers that agree to help each other out by reading, subscribing, commenting, digging, stumbling, etc, each others blog and posts. The idea is to build our readership by building our community.
So a few weeks ago, I set out to email those 17 bloggers (actually 16, cause Winterblink's got two blogs in that list!) and ask if they we interested. After a few emails back and forth, most of them had agreed and though it was a great idea.
So here is the list of blogs and bloggers that form the EVE Online Blog Pack as of today. If you'd like to join, and have a dedicated EVE Online Blog, than let me know and I'll see if you can be had.

One of the requirements to be part of the EVE Blog Pack is a certain show of dedication to your blog.
If you check the comments above, some of the blogs were added only after a certain period of regular posting (I am a Camera Drone comes to mind).
What I suggest is to comeback to me in a month and if you've blogged and posted regularly, it will be a pleasure for me to add you to the pack.

@Mal - Great to have you as part of the EVE Blogger Community. For now, I'll add you to the Player Blogroll. As you start to post on a regular basis after a few weeks, than I'll add you to the Blog Pack.
Is there any chance of mandating that feeds added to the blog pack are full or at least partial content feeds? I personally don't like subject only feeds, as they force me to visit the site for each and every story, which defeats the purpose of having a feed.
At least with a partial feed I can tell ahead of time whether or not I will be interested in the article on the other side.

@Crazy: Ehm... totally blog noob here. How do I add the Eve Blog Pack as a sidebar thingy on my blog?
You should be able to add them to your RSS Reader (Google Reader for example), put them under one category or tag, and then add the feed of that category on your blog.
In Blogger you can also add blog feeds individually (or from Google Reader). That's the method I use!

@Shahir - I'm limiting the number of Pack members to 30, in order to keep things under control. I'm also asking everything not to pass a 4 weeks period of inactivity. Once they pass that limit, I'll remove them from the pack. If a spot opens up next week, I'll add you gladly.

@Tom Jackrabbit - I'll certainly be adding you to the Player Blogroll. As for the Blog Pack, your going to have to wait inline I guess. There's some people ahead of you I'm afraid.
@Mynxee - I've decided to cap the Pack membership at 30. This way, we make sure that the Pack stays an elite group of EVE bloggers, something others can strive for.
Additionally the requirements to blog regularly isn't for everyone and some members of the Pack have fallen off the band wagon and been replaced.
Any blog that hasn't been updated in more than 3 weeks will generally be removed, and replaced by another EVE blogger that's been more regular in his posting.
I want the pack to be an Elite group of EVE blogger. I might consider raising the cap eventually if there's enough great bloggers out there who post regularly if not weekly at the very least.
