I like how he refers to releasing minor features/patches as "buying time".
Im happy with how they want to remove learning skills, but a lot of players are upset because they will actually be training slower than before.
What i gathered from this is that they spend more time beating back the minority of players - you know the whiners on the forums when the server is down for an extra 10 mins or new patch - than trying to fix/improve existing issues.
However I am pleased to see they are communicating with the playerbase more openly and the info about the thin clients is kinda cool.
